« Deep breaths, you got this »

Bad days are inevitable. Things both in and out your control can sometimes cause you frustration, exhaustion, anxieties and everything in between. When feeling the way do you while having bad day, it’s important to remember that you’re human. Negative feelings, while seemingly uncomfortable and never ending at the time, need to be treated as if they were temporary visitors in your home. They are going to come, but you have to know in those moments they will also leave. You’ve gotten through every single bad day/ hard time in your life, let that give you strength and keep you going until you feel better again, because you will. Give yourself time to accept your emotions, helping you to get a better perspective on the issues at hand. Never make important decisions while feeling down on yourself, if possible, wait until you have a clear head and aren’t focused on the negativity surrounding you. When you reach a point where you feel better mentally, revisit those decisions and reflect on why you felt the way you did. Remember that your feelings are valid, it’s okay to be sad, mad, hurt, anxious. But, at the same time, remember that those feelings never last and good days are coming if you let them. It can seem impossible to see that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel, that things will get better, but they always do!! Keep going, and let those bad times you experience make you more grateful for the amazing things in life. Life can be hard but it can be so incredibly beautiful. You are so much stronger you think, you are not alone and things will get better. Focus on yourself when you need to and even when you feel good, take care of yourself. Self care, self awareness, positive self talk, basically anything pertaining to helping yourself, is the best way to feel more in control of your emotions and feelings. Put yourself first. Nothing is worth sacrificing your peace of mind. It’s okay to say no if you need a break. Your inner peace in the present moment is most important. Accept and surrender to what is. Teach your mind to become still and practice non-judgement. These ways of living will help you achieve a more present, peaceful state of mind. This ensures less feelings inadequacy and frustration. Most importantly, (this can be difficult sometimes, but you must try) love yourself, accept yourself, and believe in yourself. You are so much more capable than you could ever imagine.♥♥♥
